We know menopause is a tough time for women, which is why we have a monthly menopause cafe at the Hub. Find out more about that (and lots more about what’s on at the Hub) at our Open Day this coming Saturday (Sep 16) from 10am-2pm. There will be lots of information, volunteer opportunities and fun stuff like glitter tattoos – an cake!
